A Day at SUP Beaches
From 10am pick-up, to 5pm drop-off, here’s a step-by-step of the entire day
#1 - We pick you up! No stress. We come to you. Just be ready with sunscreen, smiles, and snacks!
#2 - Drive to the springs Ride through the Florida pines to one of the most beautiful spots in the Panhandle
#3 - Gear up & quick intro We’ll get you set with paddleboards, life jackets, and a quick intro if you’re new to paddling.
#4 - Paddle out! Paddle down beautiful Holmes Creek to Cypress Springs
#5 - Snack & chill Bring coolers with drinks and snack. We've got plenty of chill time.
#6 - Swim and explore! Swim underwater, float, explore the spring, rope swing, and tree jump!
#7 - Paddle back/Go Home Paddle back to the launch, load up, and we’ll drive you back. Adventure complete!

About Cypress Springs
Cypress Springs is one of Florida’s most beautiful and hidden natural gems. This spring pumps out a staggering 65 million gallons of crystal-clear water every single day, keeping it a refreshing 70 degrees year-round. It is perfect for cooling off on a hot Florida afternoon. The main spring pool is about 150 feet wide and drops to nearly 30 feet deep, with underwater caves and shimmering white sand on the bottom. Who the heck are we?
Chase Riley & Brian Holsapple
SUP Beaches is a family owned business that operates out of Panama City Beach, Florida. Chase and Brian are cousins who are both nature lovers and want to bring you to experience some of nature’s beauty! Here’s some info about us:
Chase (on the left): I have years of experience working and living in the wilderness. My last job required me to live and backpack in the wilderness for a week at a time no matter the weather! I’m also a certified Wilderness First Responder, so safety is never a concern on our trips. I lived and traveled the country in a camper van that I built out; nature is my passion, and I want to make sure everyone gets out and explores it!
Brian (on the right): While I go on tours for fun, or pick up some tours when things get crazy and busy, my main job here in PCB is being a real estate agent for Pineapple Properties. If you know anyone that needs to buy/sell property, give me a call at (618) 580-8704 or ask me more info on a tour!
